Maggie Bauler

Maggie Bauler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Maggie started their career as a Sales and Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they developed sales skills, provided excellent customer service, and achieved significant improvements in power rating and advertising revenue.

Maggie then worked as a Marketing Intern at StuffDOT, Inc, gaining valuable experience in the field of marketing.

Following that, Maggie worked at the University of St. Thomas, first as a Tour Guide and then as a Student Communicator. In these roles, they gained public speaking skills, led tours, managed communications, and represented the university community.

Maggie then joined SPS Commerce as a Sales Development Representative, where they contributed to the company's sales efforts.

Maggie later joined Innova Solutions, initially as an Onboarding Specialist and subsequently took on roles with increasing responsibility, including Training Lead & Senior Onboarding Specialist, Onboarding Lead, and ultimately, Operations Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, developed reports, and oversaw diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Throughout their career, Maggie has demonstrated strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Maggie Bauler completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration: Marketing Management at the University of St. Thomas from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including "Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews", "Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities", "Managing Projects with Microsoft 365", and "Transitioning from Manager to Leader" from LinkedIn in 2023.
