Saurabh Krishan

Saurabh Krishan is a highly experienced audit and risk management professional with a demonstrated track record spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Internal Audit at Innova Solutions since August 2021, Saurabh has previously held senior leadership positions at EXL, including Vice President of Internal Audit, where expertise encompassed risk management, compliance management, and investigations. Earlier career experience includes managerial roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and positions in finance at Salalah Port Service Co and Schlumberger Asia Services Ltd. Saurabh holds an ACA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CRMA from The Institute of Internal Auditors, along with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University.
