Sreedevi Netto

Sreedevi Netto has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Innova Solutions starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at the same company from 2018 to 2022. In this role, Sreedevi was responsible for the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and implementing innovative HR policies.

Before joining Innova Solutions, Sreedevi worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Mastek Ltd from 2016 to 2018. Sreedevi also served as the Lead Hiring and Staffing Professional at Global Cloud Xchange from 2014 to 2016. From 2006 to 2014, Sreedevi was a Staffing Professional at IBM, where they played a key role in talent acquisition.

Prior to their time at IBM, Sreedevi worked at Accenture as a Senior Analyst leading a contract resourcing team from 2003 to 2006. Sreedevi started their career at Right Match as a Recruiter from 1998 to 2002. Through their various roles, Sreedevi has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, demonstrating their expertise in sourcing and selecting qualified candidates.

Sreedevi Netto pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on MHRDM (Master of Human Resources Development and Management) at the University of Mumbai.
