Sukriti is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as Lead - Global People Operations at Observe.AI since November 2021. Prior to this role, Sukriti held positions as Senior HR Executive at WaterHealth International from June 2018 to November 2021, and earlier worked as Payroll and HRIS Analyst and Business Analyst within the same organization. Sukriti's career began at Big Bazaar - Future Retail as a Management Trainee and included a stint as an HR Trainee at Larsen and Toubro.
