Kashish Rana is a seasoned data analytics professional currently serving as the Lead Data Analyst at Innovaccer since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kashish worked at MongoDB as a Senior Specialist in Sales Performance Analytics from November 2022 to September 2024 and held the position of Senior Analyst in Business Intelligence at Dell Technologies from September 2021 to December 2022, focusing on Telco Performance Analytics. Kashish's career began at Evalueserve as a Business Analyst in Data Analytics for Life Sciences and Healthcare Analytics from June 2019 to September 2021, followed by a brief stint as a Software Developer at Tech Mahindra in May to July 2018, providing Data Engineering Support. Kashish holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology, completed in 2019, and graduated from Vishwa Bharati Public School, Noida, in 2015.
