Hamad Jowher

Hamad Jowher serves as the Associate Director of Product Management at Plivo since September 2023, overseeing the technical product roadmap and various operational aspects in the Messaging CPaaS business unit. Prior to this role, Hamad was a Principal Product Manager at PharmEasy, leading the revamp of multiple product charters for Thyrocare after its acquisition. Experience also includes serving as Co-founder at Pazo, where product repositioning led to onboarding over 5,000 retail stores, and as Senior Product Manager at Tricog Health, where significant contributions included leading the ECG business. Earlier roles include Product Manager at BookMEDS and Co-founder at Your Business Labs, complemented by a background as a Student Entrepreneur. Hamad holds an Engineer’s Degree in IT from the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering.
