Paulina Kaminski is a seasoned professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Value Creation Lead for Strategy, Operations & M&A Growth at Innovaccer since March 2025. Previously, Paulina held the position of Manager for Strategy & Solution Design at Fold Health from January 2023 to December 2024 and was a Senior Associate at Oxeon from August 2019 to December 2022, where Oxeon focused on healthcare talent and innovation.
