Alina M. Okamoto

Alina M. Okamoto, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Business Transformation & Operations and Chief of Staff to the COO at InnovAge since July 2023. Previously, Alina held roles at CommonSpirit Health from June 2021 to July 2023, including Perioperative Services Business Operations Manager and Administrative Fellow, where strategic initiatives were developed to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. Alina's experience also includes positions at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, leading diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and significant contributions as a community volunteer. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Southern California.
