Molly Caddam

Molly Caddam is an experienced leader in the Learning & Development sector with a strong background in training, diversity, and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Learning & Development at InnovAge since December 2024, Molly previously held senior managerial positions at Tesla, where a significant impact was made through the facilitation of workshops for over 48,000 employees and implementation of effective communication strategies that tripled program attendance. Molly's early career included roles at Apple, where responsibilities encompassed executing training programs and enhancing the employee onboarding experience, as well as a focus on quality control in the water industry. Molly holds a Master of Education from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor's degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of New Hampshire-Manchester.
