Sabra Rosener

Sabra Rosener is senior vice president, government strategy and legislative affairs. Previously, Sabra led the government and external affairs department at UnityPoint Health, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit health systems.

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, Sabra’s areas of expertise include relationship development, government strategy and contracting, leading federal and state policy initiatives, community development, and healthcare regulation.

Sabra received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa, and her J.D. from Drake University Law School.
