Stephanie Linsley

Stephanie Wilson currently serves as the Executive Director of Risk Adjustment at InnovAge, beginning in September 2023. Prior roles include Director of Risk Adjustment at AllyAlign Health, where responsibilities included leading the Risk Adjustment Program for the Senior Special Needs Plan and enhancing audit processes. At HCA Healthcare, Stephanie directed the Centralized Coding Unit, focusing on auditing practices and performance improvement for coders. Experience also encompasses senior leadership roles at Change Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Aptium Oncology, and PwC, where strategic operations, team management, and education in coding and auditing were pivotal. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, earned between 1996 and 2002.
