Pat Slocom

Pat Slocom is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and DevOps. Currently serving as the Director of DevOps at HealthStream since February 2022, Pat previously held positions including Senior Software Engineer at Hoffman Academy and Director of Development at Vacasa. At Vacasa, Pat successfully developed practices in DevOps, QA, Security, and Data Engineering, designed a resilient AWS infrastructure, and facilitated significant system migrations. Earlier roles included Technical Lead at Calltacular, where web applications were developed using various technologies, and Project Manager at J&J Solutions, overseeing software development and project management. With a foundational background in sales and technical support from The Mac Store, Pat's career reflects a strong commitment to modern software practices and team leadership.
