Kirsty Francis

Kirsty Francis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kirsty started their career in the British Army as an Office and Finance Communications Coordinator from 2001 to 2004. Kirsty then moved on to Wyevale Garden Centres, where they worked as a Finance Communications Manager, handling account reconciliation and cash management responsibilities from 2004 to 2007. Kirsty then joined CS Holdings as the Head of Supply Chain Operations, leading a team and overseeing sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics functions from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, Kirsty took up the role of Senior Account Manager at Bluefrog Direct Marketing Agency, where they focused on fundraising and customer services through direct mail and digital marketing. Kirsty worked in this role until mid-2011 and then transitioned to Quadriga Art, where they held two positions. First, Kirsty served as the Client Services Production Operations Planning Manager from 2011 to 2014, responsible for product planning and execution. Later, they became a Product Manager, leading product lifecycle management and supply chain optimization efforts from 2014 to 2016.

Most recently, Kirsty has been working at Innovairre since 2016. Kirsty started as the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain, overseeing multiple manufacturing locations and optimizing supply chain processes. In March 2021, they transitioned to the role of VP of Agency Operations & Integrations, where they are responsible for integrating and managing agency operations.

Throughout their career, Kirsty has demonstrated their expertise in supply chain management, operations planning, product development, and customer services.

Kirsty Francis attended the British Army Finance and Accounts from 2001 to 2004, where they studied accountancy. Kirsty also pursued a degree in hospitality, business, and finance management through Distance Learning UK from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in hospitality business management from Brighton MET from 1999 to 2001, specializing in hospitality and customer services management.
