Andrea Flores Herrera

Andrea Flores Herrera has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Andrea began their career in 2014 as a Monitora at Salesians de Mataró, where they were responsible for planning activities, managing attendance, and coordinating with families. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Seasonal Sales Associate for adidas, focusing on personalized customer sales in the Reebok department at El Corte Inglés. In 2021, they had a student internship at Cookie Box, contributing a pedagogical perspective to the company's projects. Later in 2021, they joined Innovamat as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and later as a Talent Acquisition Lead (LatAm), playing key roles in talent acquisition and management. Andrea also had a role as a Coordinadora at Associació Enlleura't, where they managed the Mataró Educa + Rocafonda project, organizing extracurricular activities for schools and institutes. With their diverse background, Andrea brings a range of skills and experiences to their work.

Andrea Flores Herrera's education history begins with their high school education at Salesians Mataró, where they completed their Bachillerato in the field of Ciencias Sociales from 2014 to 2016. Andrea then pursued their undergraduate studies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, earning a degree in Pedagogia with a focus on Education from 2017 to 2021.

Following their undergraduate studies, Andrea enrolled in a postgraduate program at UPF Barcelona School of Management. From 2021 to 2022, they pursued a Postgrado en Gestión de personas y relaciones laborales.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Andrea has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received the Monitora de lleure infantil i juvenil certification from Fundesplai. Furthermore, in 2020, they completed courses such as Curso de Educación en Perspectiva de Género, Curso de Habilidades Directivas, and Curso de Prevención del Racismo, Homofobia y Xenofobia en las escuelas, all from Fundesplai. In 2021, Andrea obtained the Directora de lleure certification from the same institution. Lastly, in 2019, they obtained the FCE certification from Cambridge Assessment International Education.
