Carme Nafría

Carme Nafría began their work experience as an Aupair in 2014, where they cared for children, cooked, and performed household tasks. Carme then worked as a Dependiente encargada at El Cuquet from September 2016 to October 2017. From September 2017 to June 2018, they worked as a Pedagoga de soporte (Prácticas) at Cooperativa L'Olivera. Carme also worked as an Educadora at Fundación Lovaas from September 2017 to June 2018. Carme Nafría then worked as a Técnica de Formación (Prácticas) at Associació de Mestres Rosa Sensat from October 2018 to May 2019. Carme was then employed as a Coordinadora de proyectos de intervención social at Asociación Casa Guadalupe from September 2018 to August 2021. From September 2021 to June 2022, they worked as a Maestra at Institució Familiar d'Educació. Currently, they hold the positions of Talent Acquisition and Account Manager | Asesora didáctica at Innovamat, starting in June and August 2022, respectively.

Carme Nafría completed their Master's degree in Human Resources from EAE Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogia from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2015 to 2019.
