Cristina Avila Guillamón

Cristina Avila Guillamón has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cristina started their career at CDIAP Rella as a Psychology Trainee from September 2016 to July 2017. Cristina then worked at Triangle Interim as an HR Consultant, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment process and HR administration from May 2017 to October 2018.

In 2018, Cristina joined Boxmotions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, specializing in acquiring top talent for the company from October 2018 to May 2019.

Cristina then moved on to Innovamat, a venture-backed and high-growth startup, where they held multiple roles. Cristina first worked as a Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist from July 2019 to May 2021. Cristina then took on the role of People Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Lead from May 2021 to December 2022. Currently, they hold the position of People Business Partner at Innovamat, where they support the company in empowering school teachers with unlimited didactic resources.

Cristina Avila Guillamón obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2017 to 2019.
