Refika Akaltun

Refika Akaltun has a diverse work experience in various companies. Refika currently works at Innovance Consultancy as a Consulting Business Analyst starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Garanti BBVA Teknoloji from December 2017 to April 2022, where they held the roles of Product Owner and Expert Business Analyst. From April 2014 to December 2017, they worked at VakıfBank as an IT Business Analyst, where they were responsible for communicating with business units, gathering requirements, and documenting business requirement specifications. Before that, they worked at Prodea Consulting from May 2012 to April 2014 as an SRM/CLM Consultant, focusing on the integration process of SRM&CLM systems in leading institutions in Turkey. Refika also had an internship experience at Samsung Electronics as an Operation Support Intern from March 2012 to June 2012.

Refika Akaltun attended Marmara University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics with a focus on the German language. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they attended Manavgat Fatih Anadolu Lisesi, where they obtained a degree in TM with a grade of 4.98.

In addition to their formal education, Refika Akaltun has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they obtained the IIBA International Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification and the IIBA International Business Analysis Fundamentals (CBAP) certification from BA-Works Business Analysis Services. Refika also obtained the Effective Discovery and Effective Demonstration certification from SAP EMEA Partner University in 2013.
