Zuhal Öztürk is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in IT recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Innovance Consultancy since March 2023, Zuhal previously worked as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter for The Adecco Group, specifically within the Vodafone RPO Team, from June 2021 to March 2023. Responsibilities included end-to-end management of recruitment processes and collaboration with technical managers for candidate evaluations. Prior to that, Zuhal held the position of Information Technology Recruiter at Turkgen, focusing on candidate sourcing and interview organization across various IT roles. Zuhal also has experience as a Human Resources Specialist Assistant at Penti A.Ş. and completed an internship at the same company. Zuhal holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marmara University, obtained in 2017.
