Carolina Rychtenberg

Carolina Rychtenberg has a diverse range of work experience. Carolina is currently working as the Chief People Officer at INNOVANT and also works as a freelance HR Consultant. Prior to these roles, Carolina worked at Tiendamia as an HRBP IT & Communication, where they were responsible for aligning business strategies with HR operations and coordinating change processes.
