Nanette Dean

Nanette Dean is currently the Talent & Transformation Lead at Innovapost. Prior to that, they were with IBM for over 10 years as the Global Leader for IBM's Cognitive Executive Succession, Selection and Placement Solution. In this role, they were responsible for worldwide decision support for executive succession offerings, the deployment of Workday executive succession planning, and diversity focal for cognitive solution business units. Nanette was also in charge of technical diversity pipeline strategy. Before IBM, Nanette worked for Accenture for 9 years as the Human Resource Manager/Talent Acquisition Manager for Canada. Nanette was also the Change Management Consultant for Canada Public Sector Business Unit. Prior to Accenture, Nanette was the Human Resources Officer at Cape Breton University and Officer- Captain Rank- Logistics at Canadian Armed Forces.

Nanette Dean reports to Franco Chirichella, President & CEO. Nanette Dean works with John Abraham - IT Operations Lead, Dan Michelone - Business Solutions Delivery Lead, and Michael Garvey - Financial Performance Lead.
