Ericka Evans

Ericka Evans is an accomplished professional in the gaming industry with extensive experience in game development and education. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Production at Phantom Compass since April 2011, Ericka oversees end-to-end game development services and original products. As a Women in Games Ambassador since May 2022, Ericka advocates for a fair and equitable environment for women in the global gaming ecosystem. Additionally, Ericka is an IDM Fund Advisory Committee Member at Ontario Creates, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Innovate Niagara, and advises student teams at Sheridan College and Brock University in their capstone game design courses. Ericka has also developed and instructed courses on Virtual/Video Game Storytelling at Humber College. Previous roles include producing and writing for children's television and interactive media at Falling Squirrel Productions and serving as a producer at Silicon Knights. Ericka holds a Diploma in Media Arts from Sheridan College.
