Skyler Choka (Moll)

Skyler Choka (Moll) is a seasoned Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in outpatient and long-term rehabilitation settings. Currently employed at Innovate Rehab & Wellness since February 2017, Skyler has previously held positions as an OTR/L, DOR at Choice Rehabilitation and as an Occupational Therapist at Select Medical, Aegis Therapies, and RehabCare. Early in the career, Skyler served as a teachers aide at Just Kids Learning Development Center and completed Level II fieldwork at St. Francis Medical Center and Independence Care Rehabilitation Facility, gaining specialized skills in driver rehabilitation evaluations and neuromuscular re-education. Skyler holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from Maryville University, obtained in 2014.
