Dawn Geatches

Dawn Geatches is a Knowledge Transfer Manager for Mathematical Sciences at Innovate UK Business Connect since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Computational Scientist and Impact Manager at STFC from August 2014 to September 2022, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University from July 2012 to July 2014, where research focused on electron behavior in minerals. Prior roles also include serving as a Teaching Fellow in Physics at Durham University from January 2011 to July 2012, and a Postdoctoral Researcher supported by Lafarge Group, investigating clay minerals and cement additives. Dawn Geatches holds a Research Doctorate in Computational Physics from Durham University (2007-2010) and a BSc. (Hons) in Mathematical Sciences from The Open University (2003-2006).
