Siddhartha Maan has extensive experience in finance and accounting, starting as a Sr. Executive at Serco, where they processed payments and handled tax calculations. Siddhartha then worked as a Financial Analyst at Instantly, Inc., providing vital financial data for decision-making and managing vendor payments. Siddhartha progressed to become a Sr. Accountant at Lucid Holdings India Pvt Ltd, where they managed bank reconciliation and accounts for clients and vendors. Currently, they serve as an Accounting Team Lead at InnovateMR.

Siddhartha Maan completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University in 2004, followed by a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Liverpool John Moores University in 2007.
