Candace Maxwell

Candace Maxwell, LMHC, LCPC, is a licensed clinical professional counselor currently providing mental health services at innovaTel Telepsychiatry since June 2023, associated with The Center for Counseling and Consultation in Kansas. As the owner of Thrive Counseling Consulting Coaching since January 2014, Candace offers clinical assessments and individual as well as couples counseling in a private practice. Previous experience includes serving as a licensed mental health counselor at Escambia County Schools from September 2018 to June 2023 and at Booker T Washington High School, along with providing counseling services at Candace Harrison Counseling from August 2007 to May 2014. Earlier roles involve working at Lakeview Center Inc., where Candace delivered mental health interventions for adolescents within school settings. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of West Florida.
