Deborah Merrick is an accomplished operations and relationship manager with extensive experience in education and support services. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Relationship Manager at Innovating Minds since August 2020, Deborah previously held the position of Alternative Provision Manager at Walsall Council - Children's Services, where responsibilities included developing quality services for vulnerable learners. Deborah's background also encompasses roles such as Enterprise Co-ordinator with Walsall Education Business Partnership, Associate Business Start-Up and Enterprise Education Advisor, and West Midlands Regional Service Coordinator for smoking cessation services.
