Gerry Purcell

Gerry Purcell is currently the Principal & Managing Director, Canada at Innovation 360 Group AB since January 2019. With over 25 years of experience, Gerry is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Value Improvement Associates. In the past, Gerry worked as a Global Partner at Internal Consulting Group and as a Principal at both Boston Consulting Group and Kearney. Earlier in their career, Gerry held roles at RBC Wealth Management, Royal Trust, and Bank of Montreal. Gerry holds a BCOM in Economics and Sociology from the University of Toronto and completed the Co-Active Coach Training Program at the Co-Active Training Institute.
