Daniel Winer

Daniel Winer is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law, international litigation, and legal education. Currently serving as Head of Legal at Innovation: Africa since February 2022, Daniel oversees the legal aspects of over 500 renewable energy and water projects across Africa. As the founder of CheckMyContract, Daniel provides essential legal services to new immigrants in Israel. Previous roles include Executive Director of the Israel-South Africa Chamber of Commerce, Project Director and Advocate at Gornitzky & Co, and Lecturer in International Commercial ADR at the College of Law and Business. Daniel holds multiple law degrees, including an LL.B. from the College of Law and Business and the University of South Africa, along with a B.Com. in Marketing.
