Yuval Shenhar

Yuval Shenhar is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate development and investment. Currently serving as a shareholder at Innovation: Africa since March 2023, Yuval also co-founded and holds the position of vice chairman of the board at CALO - Change Agent Leaders Organization since May 2020. As the founder and CEO of YMSH Holding LLC since June 2014, Yuval specializes in acquiring distressed real estate opportunities across Florida and Georgia. Additionally, Yuval founded and owns Paragon Holding, a real estate investment fund, and previously established Emis Media Global Inc. and Basics Plus, a retail hardware chain. An education background includes a Master's in Finance, Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology, with ongoing executive education at Harvard Business School.
