Laurette Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Laurette began their career at Scotiabank in 1998 as a Customer Service Representative and worked there until 2001. In 2001, they joined Credential Securities as a Sales Assistant for a year. Laurette then worked at Cooperators Insurance as a Customer Service Representative for a few months in 2002, before moving to Conexus Credit Union as a Financial Service Representative, where they stayed for five years. In 2007, they started working at Innovation Federal Credit Union, initially as a Senior Member Service Rep and subsequently held various roles such as Deposit Support Supervisor, InnContact Center Representative, Financial Service Representative, Account Manager, Member Service Supervisor, Call Center Supervisor, and Supervisor Support Services-Lending. Currently, they hold the role of VP Consumer Advisors at Innovation Federal Credit Union, starting in 2023.
