Shahani P. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, communications, and digital transformation. They have held various leadership roles in different companies, including Innovation Federal Credit Union, Westoba Credit Union, Lakeland Credit Union, Calidonna Group, and Unitrades. Shahani has served as a Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation and Vice President of Payments and Digital Transformation. They have also held positions such as Vice President of Member Experience and Service, Manager of Employee Experience, and Manager of Human Resources and Communications. Shahani has demonstrated their skills in recruitment, retention, employee engagement, strategy development, and training program design.

Shahani P. is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Innovation Leadership from the University of Fredericton, which started in 2020 and will be completed in 2023. In 2021, Shahani obtained a Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Certificate from Cornell University.
