Josh Berglund

Josh Berglund currently serves as a Venture Partner at Innovation Endeavors since August 2023 and as a General Partner at Rsquared since January 2020, focusing on early-stage venture funding for technologies that enhance National Resilience. Prior experience includes serving in the Army Special Forces (Airborne) from March 2020 to February 2024 and in the United States Army Special Operations Command from April 2016 to March 2020. Additionally, Josh worked as an Investment Professional at Prospect Capital Management from January 2011 to March 2016, where responsibilities involved originating, evaluating, and executing private debt and equity investments. Josh holds MBA degrees from both Columbia Business School and London Business School.
