Innovation Factory (Canada)
Stephanie Holko, PEng, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Growth at Innovation Factory, where leadership is directed towards the Centre of Integrated Transportation and Mobility and cultivating partnerships among varied ecosystem stakeholders. In addition to this role, Holko holds the position of Past Chair and previously served as President and Chair of the Board at the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers, leading strategic discussions and board procedures. Experience includes a directorship at NGen Canada, involvement in academia as part-time faculty at Mohawk College, and contributions as a columnist for Manufacturing AUTOMATION Magazine. Holko's earlier tenure at ArcelorMittal Dofasco included multiple engineering roles focused on digital transformation and process improvement initiatives within the manufacturing sector. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, an MBA in Management of Innovation and New Technology from McMaster University, and ongoing studies towards a Master's degree in Strategic Foresight and Innovation at OCAD University.
