John Palmer

John Palmer has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. John most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Innovation First International, Inc. starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President and CAO at Forescout Technologies Inc. from 2021 to 2023. John also worked at DealerSocket as the VP and Controller from 2019 to 2021, and as the Senior Vice President of Accounting at Blucora from 2017 to 2019. Before transitioning into the technology industry, John worked at Sizmek as the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller from 2003 to 2017. John began their career at Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager from 1992 to 1995. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, and management.

John Palmer completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University. John attended the university from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their degree, John obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in March 1991.
