Kelly Carroll is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mentoring, coaching, and investment within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Mentor/Coach at Nucleate Switzerland and the Innovation Office at the University of Basel, Kelly also holds positions as a Limited Partner at Asymmetry Ventures, N49P Ventures, and LAUNCH, as well as a Business Angel with Swiss Health Angels. Designed and led significant organizational transformations at Sandoz and Novartis, including the creation of a global launch planning framework and the management of high-stakes projects in EMEA at Astellas Pharma.
