Holly Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and client strategy. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Innovation Partners since January 2020, Holly previously held roles including Senior Director of Client Strategy and Human Resources. Prior positions include Human Resources Director at DAISA Enterprises LLC and Human Resources Associate at Loxo Oncology, Inc. Holly also served as Office & HR Manager for Wholesome Wave Foundation and held roles in the legal and banking sectors. Holly holds a Master's degree in Management and a certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Harvard Extension School, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Southampton.
