Mis Steven Townes

Steven Townes has a diverse work experience in the field of management information systems (MIS). Steven most recently worked as a Cloud Integrations Manager at Innovation Refunds starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Data Warehouse Architect at Empire State University from June 2022 to April 2023. In this role, they engaged with stakeholders to gather requirements and designed appropriate data structures and architectures.

Before joining Empire State University, Steven worked at Regeneron as a Sr. Supply Chain Data Analyst from June 2021 to June 2022. In this position, they executed data analytics projects and supported supply chain processes by generating tools and content for data functionality.

From December 2018 to June 2021, Steven held multiple roles at Hudson River Community Credit Union (HRCCU). Steven first served as the AVP of Enterprise Architecture, where they managed the functionality of defined applications through system integration. Then, they were the Director of Management Information Systems, responsible for developing technical best practices and providing analytical support in the Finance and Accounting area. Prior to these roles, they worked as a System & Data Analyst at HRCCU from August 2016 to January 2018, focusing on information analysis and project management of financial institution's core systems.

Before joining HRCCU, Steven worked at Sigmund Software as a Software Implementation Consultant - Revenue Cycle Management from December 2013 to August 2016. Overall, they have a strong background in MIS and has gained experience in various roles, including data analytics, system integration, and information analysis.

Steven Townes received a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Marist College, which they pursued from 2013 to 2015.
