Carolien Wetzels

Carolien Wetzels is the Strategic Project Advisor HCA at InnovationQuarter. Carolien has over two years of experience in coordinating team recruitment at Provincie Zuid-Holland. In their current role, they are responsible for pro-actively recruiting and managing the candidate journey. Prior to their work in recruitment, Carolien worked in different customer service and administrative roles. Carolien has a strong interest in people and HR, which led their to pursue a career in recruitment. Carolien is motivated by the challenge of finding the right candidates for each role and helping them to start their careers at the Provincie Zuid-Holland.

Carolien Wetzels has a Hogere Europese Beroepen Opleiding in Communication Management from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, as well as a VWO from Baarnsch Lyceum. Carolien also has a Nancy Marketing degree.
