Martine Koole

Martine Koole is currently the Project Manager of Internationalisering Cybersecurity at InnovationQuarter. Prior to this, they worked as a Commercial Project Manager at Royal Brinkman from January 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they were the Executive Assistant to the Commercial & International Director and their commercial team at Royal Brinkman from December 2016 to December 2020. Her responsibilities included writing strategic plans and presentations, coordinating and participating in strategic projects, organizing global events and incoming visits, scheduling and preparing meetings, aligning working methods and priorities within the commercial team, delegating and monitoring tasks, such as reporting and budgeting. From June 2014 to December 2016, they worked as a Marketing Communication Officer at Coöperatieve Telersvereniging Best of Four U.A. Martine also completed an internship at Port of Rotterdam in January 2011.

Martine Koole holds a Master of Science in Communication, Policy, and Management from Utrecht University. Martine also has a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Martine has completed an exchange program at Stellenbosch University and holds a certification from Security Delta in International Cyber Security Summer School.

Martine Koole reports to Rinke Zonneveld, Director, Innovation Quarter. Martine Koole works with Niels Schoonen - Investment Manager UNIIQ, Anne De Vries - Project Manager Internationalisering Energy & Circulair, and Liduina Hammer - Head of Investments.
