Emma Davies is a seasoned professional with a background in research and education, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at Innovations for Poverty Action since July 2022. Emma has successfully launched the Philippines Socio-economic Panel Survey, overseeing project management, budget drafting, and field team coordination for a significant cohort. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Research Analyst at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where Emma managed various research projects and conducted data analysis, and an internship at the International Food Policy Research Institute, focusing on data handling and analysis for agricultural projects.
