Peter LeFrancois

Peter LeFrancois is Deputy Country Director for IPA Kenya. He initially joined IPA as a Research Associate in Kenya where he worked on a project in Bungoma from 2012-2014. He became a Research Coordinator in 2015 and then a Senior Research Manager before assuming his current role as Acting DCD. Initially from New Hampshire, Peter also worked as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali from 2006-2009. He holds a BA from George Washington University in International Affairs and an MA from Stanford University in International Policy Studies.
