Al Meister

Al Meister currently serves as the Southwest Regional Manager at Innovative Ag Services since February 2023. With a rich background in project management and operations in the agricultural and energy sectors, Al Meister owned Meister Homes LLC since October 2011 and held various roles at Green Plains Inc. from 2007 to October 2022, culminating as Senior Project Manager and Director of Operations overseeing multiple plants. Prior experience includes serving as Production Manager at Pine Lake Corn Processors from January 2005 to September 2007. Al Meister earned a Graduate Certificate in Biorenewable Resources and Technology from Iowa State University and a BA in Psychology/History from Buena Vista University.
