Carla Elliott

Carla Elliott, MBA has a strong background in human resources, with over 19 years of experience. Carla most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Innovative Ag Services since 2012. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at J&P Cycles for 9 years, where they managed all aspects of HR including benefits, recruiting, safety, payroll, training, and legal compliance. Before that, Carla was the Human Resource Manager at Hupp Electric Motors, where they oversaw a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, training, benefits administration, disciplinary action, and payroll. Carla also implemented consistent HR policies and practices across multiple branches.

Carla Elliott, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Dubuque, which they earned from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Management from Kaplan University from 2008 to 2010. In 1992 to 1993, Carla pursued a degree in Applied Science, specifically a CDA, from Kirkwood Community College.
