Ilona Steinway is a Global Industrial Designer at Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) since July 2023, bringing significant experience from prior roles, including Junior Industrial Designer at WWP Beauty from January 2022 to July 2023. Previously, Ilona served as a Beauty Advisor at Planet Beauty, Inc. from January 2012 to December 2016 and as a Teacher Assistant at Orange Coast College from January 2012 to December 2014. Ilona holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial and Product Design from California State University, Long Beach.
