Jesper Hald

Jesper Hald is the current Developer Manager at Innovative Business Software. Jesper has over 6 years of experience in software development, automation, security, and maintenance of platforms. Jesper has also been responsible for budgets, meeting department goals, planning and tracking deliverables and milestones on customer-centric projects, and optimizing way-of-working to achieve better quality and higher customer loyalty. In their previous role as Director of Operations, Service Assurance & Cloud Services at Telia Company, Jesper was also responsible for ensuring the digital transformation of all functions.

Before Telia Company, Jesper was the Database & Middleware Operation Manager at NNIT where they were responsible for the smooth operation of Oracle, MS SQL and DB2 databases as well as Weblogic, WebSphere Application Server, Biztalk, Weblogic SOA and MQ. During their time at NNIT, Jesper also successfully staffed and organized the departments, improved business development including quality improvements and optimizations, and handled P&L for the department according to budget. In addition, Jesper ensured service development with a focus on customer demands, digital optimization & standardization while also handling Database Operational responsibilities for Denmark, China (Tianjin), Czech Republic (Prague) and Philippines (Manila).

Jesper Hald has a graduate diploma in business administration informatics and management accounting from Copenhagen Business School, a bachelor's degree in engineering from Copenhagen University College of Engineering, a professional scrum master certification from PSM1, and a lean & six sigma certification from Lean Akademiet. Jesper is also certified in prince2 foundation & practitioner, ITIL foundation, and green & Andersen executive leadership training.

Their manager is Lars Nygaard, CEO. They are on a team with and Dennis Bang Andersen - Sales Director.
