Chase Henry

Chase Henry, CLCS, currently serves as a Program Coordinator and Assistant Program Manager at Innovative Captive Strategies and holds the position of Membership Chair for the 2023-24 term on the Board of Young Professionals Connection of Greater Des Moines. Throughout 2023, Chase has been an active member of the Attraction and Retention Council for the Greater Des Moines Partnership and has gained experience through various internships, including a Business & Leadership Development Intern role at Indianola Chamber Of Commerce and Operations Intern positions at Atlantic Bottling Company. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance with a Minor in Business Analytics from Simpson College, where Chase also held leadership roles such as President of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity and Student Body Vice President.
