Melissa Ferguson

Melissa Ferguson is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping. Currently serving as a Captive Manager at Innovative Captive Strategies since February 2018, Melissa has also held the position of Assistant Program Manager. Prior roles include President of Integrated Business Solutions, Inc., where Melissa provided comprehensive bookkeeping services and business structuring, Owner of AMF Business Services, and Vice President, Controller at Glacier Cross, Inc., overseeing financial transactions and reporting. Melissa's earlier experience includes accounting positions at Lanktree Glass, Inc. and Jesse S. Wall, Jr., CPA. Melissa holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Montana, as well as an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Flathead Valley Community College.
