Bryan Dorsey

Bryan Dorsey is an accomplished professional in construction and manufacturing, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Innovative Construction Group, where leadership in Florida market production operations focuses on delivering quality components. Previous experience includes roles at PulteGroup and KATERRA, where significant achievements involved reducing costs and enhancing manufacturing processes for multi-family building components, as well as leading the development of the largest cross-laminated timber factory in the U.S. Bryan's earlier career included managing projects at Boeing, where responsibilities spanned project delivery and facilities planning, demonstrating expertise in budget management, technical program management, and advanced manufacturing engineering. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design and Engineering from Washington State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Olympic College.
