Wayland Radin

Vice President, Analytics at Innovative Driven

Wayland Radin has extensive work experience in various roles. Wayland began their career as a Massachusetts Parks AmeriCorps member at the Student Conservation Association in 2006. Wayland then worked as a Summer Law Clerk at Advocates for the West in 2008 and as a Clinic Intern at the National Wildlife Federation later that year. Wayland continued their legal work as a Summer Law Clerk at Trustees for Alaska in 2009 and as a Research Attorney at Earthjustice from 2010 to 2011. Wayland served as a Policy Analyst at the Center for Progressive Reform from 2011 to 2013 before transitioning into the field of analytics. At Innovative Driven, they worked as a Project Manager in EDiscovery and Managed Review from 2013 to 2015. Wayland then assumed the role of Director of Operations, Analytics & Managed Review Services at the same company until 2021 before becoming the Vice President of Analytics. In these roles, Wayland demonstrated expertise in Technology Assisted Review, managed complex projects, and effectively communicated with stakeholders.

Wayland Radin completed their education in a chronological order. Wayland obtained their B.A. degree in Philosophy from Lawrence University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Certificate in General Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2006. Later, from 2007 to 2010, they attended the University of Michigan Law School and earned a Juris Doctor degree.

In addition to their formal education, Wayland Radin has also acquired several certifications. Wayland became a Relativity Certified Administrator in March 2014 and achieved the status of Relativity Analytics Specialist and Relativity Assisted Review Specialist through courses offered by kCura in April 2015. Wayland obtained the Brainspace Certified Analyst certification from Brainspace, a Cyxtera Technology, in October 2019. Furthermore, they obtained the Brainspace Specialist and Reveal Review certifications from Reveal-Brainspace in September 2021. Additionally, they are a member of the State Bar of California since December 2010 and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia since February 2015, indicating their involvement in the legal profession.
