Ben Traynor has worked in various roles in the engineering and electronics industry since 1982. Ben began their career as an Apprentice Electrician at Golka Electric. In 1989, they moved to Acoustic Imaging as an Electronic Technician, where they tested, diagnosed, and repaired assemblies, sub-assemblies, analog and digital pcbs. In 1991, Ben joined Medtronic Microelectronics Center as a Senior Test Technician, where they assisted in the design of a Telemetry M RF test station and developed test software in LabView. Ben was then promoted to QA Test Technician, where they designed and implemented capacitor test station increasing productivity 200%, wrote department website in HTML, and became familiar with automatic test systems utilizing GPIB. In 2008, Ben moved to SAI Technogy as a Software Engineer. In 2010, they joined Stryker Sustainability Solutions as an R&D Engineer, where they managed a project to product launch generating $2.7 million revenue and became familiar with Design Control processes for medical devices. Finally, in 2014, Ben joined Innovative Health LLC as a Manufacturing Engineer, Research and Development Engineer, and R&D Engineer I.
Ben Traynor attended DeVry University from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology.
